This may well be a pile of pants, but it's straight of me to preface it that way, at least....
A pal of mine works for the Royal Mail. One of his best pals works in a sorting office working specifically on re-directing mail for the area that Ruud lives in. He says all Ruud's home mail is being redirected to Holland.
May mean nothing IF it's true. But there you go!
