Ten Colour Snaps & £15 OFF THE NEW SHIRT!

Well here they is folks, in glorious technicolour.

Obvious points of contention in no particular order... the home socks, who's' brainchild were they? Why are we persisting with the Argy blue? Is brown the new black? And last but not least, how many conspiracy theorists will it take to point out that Berbatov is not only absent? Take heart then JGM, no sign of Bent either. And it seems they didn't even bother launching a goalie strip... has Tommy Forecast handed in a request too?

Can you imagine the PR preparation for this launch? More turbulence than a biplane circling King Kong

Get £15 off by clicking on the link above or below this article. This is a genuine deal set up with HH and Littlewoods. Not some generic code, so enjoy!

Pleased to see Pekhart on there. I reckon he'll get into the 1st team next season and become a regular. He's the most natural goal-scorer weve got now Defoe's gone. Hope he gets a chance!

i dont care what they offer up as a new kit - i am lillywhite thru and thru and i will buy whatever shite they dish up...i have a feeling that etto would not be suited to the hooped socks though - would make him shorter that he already is...!

Urghhh....filthy stuff.

Fair point about the keeper kit being completely absent.

Reminds me of the big hoo-ha of the Tottenham Hotspur monopoly board which Martin Jol was made obviously absent from!

Please say that that is Danny Rose and Tomas Pekhart (excuse the spelling if it is wrong). I think Ive fallen in love with Ramos if he intends to blood them in next season. Finally a manager willing to take some risks with younger players. I hope he holds onto Huddlestone and Lennon and O'Hara he can turn them into world beaters with the right training and experience.

this has got to be the worst one yet!

Don't like the extra writing on there plugging that life-ruining online gambling shite. Chatty, and then some. :-(

I'm sure there is a new keeper kit, but it would be silly having it launched by forecast and alnwick, i'm sure they'll wait until we have a few new keepers before revealing it.

I like the kit apart from the home socks. And love how hilariously taller pekhart is than keane.

I like the home & the 3rd kit!! *Blush*

Not sure about the Blue - rather "wishy-washy" Although certainly not the worst.

Not sure how much relevance new kits have for me anymore though - i never buy em!

Pekhart has ffrickin gargantuan head. I wouldnt mind betting Cech wouldnt be challenging him for the ball at corners. he is a fucking mallet.

I like the top. iffy socks mind. prefer white shorts.

we arent bothering with keepers next season. liability. playing an extra forward will compensate.

hahahaha
yellow is gone, cause monkey is gone
if you knew the answer to that riddle, you'll know it all

Loving the new home kit. Very retro. Very cool. Hooped socks are excellent. For someone who normally buys the away kit the new ones are just too close to this season's dark blue. Same shirt, different colour so I won't be buying this time around. However, that home shirt is just too damn cool to miss! Hooped socks. F**kin' hooped socks! Get in there. COYS!

JGM

white shorts are and should be reserved for European nights..

Anonymous said...

also if you go onto the Spurs website you'll see that there is a pair of all-white socks available..

thay have been described as "home change socks"

so maybe we'll see them a few times..in which case it will make the home kit look better i think..

Home Change Socks.

Hmmn.

Do the manufacturers of Barbie Dolls put as much thought into flogging their tat to gullible kids....?

Really like all three kits. Glad they have brought back navy blue shorts for the home strip and the black strip is well sexy, plus black is slimming which is great for me!!

Remember those t-shirts from yonks ago that used to change colour the more body-heat you gave off?

Kits made of that stuff would show up the lazy sods.

But it's not foolproof. Some people just hum more than others so, to them, three miles looks like six.

The moment we fielded white shorts in the first match of this season my prophetic soul knew we were in trouble. It was like counting chickens before they hatch. Someone assumed the glory-glory nights were already back.

They do look good, though.

Pekhart's head = Mallet... Genius.

great to see blue shorts back
with all white being used in Europe? i hope so, hating having an all white kit in the league, it doesnt work

anyone else think Pekhart looks like a rapist in the picture on his own?

well, as long as he scores..

The blue away shirt is nice apart from the collar but i think both new shirts should be round neck, not impressed with the new home shirt at all- 1. V-neck, 2. V-neck with blue trim, 3. extra advertising making the shirt look like a advertising board, 4. still red on our shirt, 5. even keano looks dodgy in it! SWITCH TO NIKE!!!!!!!!!!

Harry Hotspur said...

fatlad I am ashamed but not ashamed at the same time to say that is very funny. Cheers

Harry do you think they are smiling so much in that pic because they just won the cup or because greavsie has just pointed out how much blanchflower looks like it?

Took one look at those ringed socks and wondered if Judy Garland has been reborn in London, with a troupe of Jermain Defoe-sized suitors, bearing oversized sweets on sticks, shrilly singing:

"...And in the name of the Lollipop Guild, we'd like to welcome you to White Hart Lane."

Gaaaaaakkhhh! Look like the same horror show ar5 ena1 are wearing away.

3rd shirt's not bad, at all.

So Jenas is staying then ?? Always thought the Jenas bashers were a bit over the top.

Anonymous said...

Not impressed with the "casino and poker" on the top, looks fecking crap.
away kit ftw i guess., but crap effort at the kit this season, sack the cunt who designed it.

BTY said...

I really don't see the relevance of who wore the kit to who's staying or going,i mean are we only keeping 3 first team players and buying a whole squad? i think not!

The £15 off seems to be off the old home shirt...

No?!? Did i get that wrong?!?

I guess it took the sponsors a long time to realise Mansion was about the worst name for an online gaming site ever. Since (in the Premier League watching audience at least) it was probably only Spurs supporters who ever really knew what Mansion were, you can't be too surprised at the additional writing. Perhaps just surprised they didn't think to do it before now. The logo and name gave the impression it was an Estate Agent sponsoring the club. At least when you looked at Blackburn's sponsor you immediately worked out what Bet24.com was about! Pretty direct if you are trying to promote a relatively new "brand". After all, Everton are sponsored by Chang but they helped out the confused "who/what is Chang?" by having the word "Beer" written underneath - in the early days at least. Now we know, so there's no longer the need for the word "Beer".

Of the three shirts I like the Black one best. The other two more "traditional" coloured shirts are pretty bland, but the home kit is, of the two a bit nicer I suppose. Even with the extra writing on it. Notable absentees at the launch Berbatov and Robbo. Speaks volumes.

The £15 is off the new shirt from littewoods - cheers H! And I am a saddo who also got a current ( the now as of one day... the old) shirt at only £20 off kitbag. Again, cheers H!
