Tottenham Hotspur: The Fans Speak Out: Harry's Going To The Mattresses

I'm goin' to war.

To the mattresses.

The 'email of emails' will be sent of to all the usual suspects at WHL this coming Monday morning.

So any relevant grievances by you lot in relation to the Ticketing Office ought be submitted to me now!

I have used all relevant comments left on HH in the past few days/weeks, but if anyone has 'any more' then now is the time.........................

All I want is for the fans of the best team (full stop) to be treated like they oughta.

That's HH's mission statement.

COYS!

good work harry.

my major gripe is the buy back facility on season tickets, its impossible!!!!!!!!!
gonna miss derby and everton due to annual week at stanstead and trying to sell back tickets. nothing about this on web site and don't get me started on trying to call the club.
good luck with this harry, but go easy on em, I'm a big fan of administrators.

Well done harry, on saturday i was in the queue for 2 hours to get my duplicate tickets which i booked a month before. I've been onto the ticket office this week about my everton ticket' which i know will not arrive in time for the match.
Again the ticket office is not replying to emails. I've been charged £6 in booking fees for these two games. What for i wonder, if they dont send the tickets.

Well done harry, i spent two hours in the queue on saturday for my duplicate tickets. I've been onto the ticket office this week about my Everton ticket, but again no replys to emails. It must be my fault as i only allowed 4 weeks for my Torino tickets and 3 weeks for the Everton ones to arrive! Or it could be the floods in the midlands or roadworks on the M25 thats stopping the club from posting my tickets. £6 IN BOOKING FEES, HOW MUCH IS A FIRST CLASS STAMP I WONDER!

Would you mind keeping an eye on this?

One of the areas I am going to challenge them on is their postage/admin fees.

You are one of hundreds that has emailed me mate...

It's known as stealing ...

One of the new "benifits" of the new ticketing system was supposed to be an email informing the member if they had been succesful on applying for tickets or not. I did not recieve any such email, so i took on work for sat morning (i'm self employed) then had to cancel it Tuesday morning(7th) when my tickets for the Sunderland game came through the post,(much to the annoyance of my client).I believed i had been unsuccesful as up until tuesday the website had been saying season tickets only to apply for the game ! This is totally unacceptable, and i'm also disgusted now that i can no longer select my own seat at WHL. It's a DISCRACE.

I'm sure a lot of people take this website and you as a joke Harry, however I will watch and wait as one of many hundreds who wants more.

The Trust is full of people you would brand lackies Harry.

HH are you our last best chance?

Interesting to note that your loudmouth critics have gone to ground ...

Speaks volumes.

Harry,

Dare I mention the multi-ticket packages?

Club web-site, prior to general sale of tickets, 27-July-07: "All applications (for package 1, being Arsenal, etc) have been successful, expect a confirmation email shortly."

Anyone heard anything? I haven't.

Emailed the ticket-office today and was given assurances of a confirmation reply. Nothing as yet despite chasing... another cock-up in the wings? [We have enough problems on the left]

I agree with the stealing part harry, i will keep an eye on it for sure. I've just started a blog on here myself and my first thread was on this very subject.

Tonight a source (connected to Kelmsley) claimed Spurs will be sharing with West Ham for two years from next season while WHL is rebuilt with the ground turned on its axis. I pray this is bollocks. Currently looking for my wife's Carpenters' CD and some razor blades...just in case.

So... I don't have sky, or access to a pub with sky. Is there any way I can still watch the match? I'm too nervous/excited to just sit and listen to radio 5
