Too right, i think we've shown in the last few years that you don't have to spend over £5mil for quality players. I also can't wait to see Terry Dixon and Thomas Perkhart break in to the first team, i here they're quality.
didnt hear anything of this vote. but would have to agree that downing is pants compare to what we are really looking for in a left winger. we need a 2nd Lennon.
if our beloved Director Of Football (or what ever spurs call him again) has anything to do with it, i am sure we will see either a French or African Left winger sign for spurs.... he is turning us into the new arsenal

Happy to see that I am part of the herd when it comes to these polls.
Downing is nowhere near 10 million and barely a first choice. SWP doesn't belong with us and is also overpriced. If he was that good, Jose would play him every week. We need more hunger in the team and not egotistical show ponies.
dixon is definately quality i saw him play in a reserves match agaisnt enfield town or something he scored twice, looks a bit like rooney
