was never sure about Ghaly. He appeared to have all the attributes, but never quite clicked. The shirt-throwing incident, and now the refusal to run have shown him to be a fraud. Instead of taking personal responsibility for having a bad game, or for being unfit, he blames others. He needs to shipped out, but who the hell will have him now.
A little harsh - I know that people don't like him, but when he had teeth knocked out but played on, people weren't knocking his workrate. Perhaps he's not right for Spurs, but he's not all that bad.

I suspect that Ghaly having seen the club and players proper, had a sudden panic attack about the move and got his agent to phone bruce to make some irreversable accusations and kick up a stink so a big time argument could ensue and Ghaly could then rudely insult the team & storm off knowing bruce would cancel the deal.
