West Ham vs Tottenham Hotspur : Big Game Hunters Required

West Ham might not be 'big game' these days, but they are a wounded beast. Cornered, bleeding and largely defenseless, they await the big Lillywhite hunter.

Will they muster up the strength for one last attack to save their skin or simply lay down and accept the end?

West Ham are only missing Reo Croker. Given the well documented rubbish they have produced of late, their squad selection is largely irrelevant and the real issue is will they try and play? Bowyer is back and may just provide some spark.

Tottenham are Keaneless, obviously. Assou-Ekotto and Malbranque are both injured.

Appearances by Jermain Jenas, Chimbonda and Zokora all hinge upon the ever present 'late fitness tests'...

I think maybe our fans are being abit to cocky over this game. It really wont be as easy as everyone thinks. Weve won twice away in the league this season and west ham have beaten scum and man utd at upton park.
Lets just hope this isnt a back fire from last week when they lost to charlon.
The spurs players need there revenge from last season.

COME ON YOU SPURS!!!!!!!

Exactly Anon, these derby games against sides scrapping out for relegation are never foregone conclusions. Come on lads lets do our talking on the pitch. Due to favourable results yesterday, this is a another massive game towards reovering something in the Prem this season. That 6th place is well with in our grasp now, with 5th even a possibility dare I say??? (who dares wins Rodney!)

Same starting team as last week except for JD in for Keano hopefully will get the job done. COYS!

this is a massive game today west ham are going to be up for it and so are we let's hope we get the fight we showed last week with well taken chances aswell.West ham have upson, neill, bowyer back today these players have been missed in recent weeks so im expecting a really tough game today but we do owe them one we need another big performance's from berba lennon and zokora and a solid defensive display for us to win today,if that fails then bring on mido and he will score the winner!!!...........
