Keane's offence was surely a yellow i thought. It was on it's away out of the goal when it hit his arm after hitting his chest.
Fair enough on the ref giving it at the time but i was sure it would get rescinded afterwards.
however, as El said.. here's Defoe's chance to show what he's got in response to Keane. He must love the fact it's against not only a team who just got thrashed by Charlton but his old club too.
as a point of interest, 13 different players have scored for us in all competitions this season. bit of a turnaround from the last 2 seasons when the midfielders couldnt get a goal between them at stages in the season. i know it is more a squad game now and more players are used, but still an achievement i think. just wondering if this is some sort of record? anyone know?

Who cares that much anyway? A one game ban gives Defoe a chance to get a look in. Everybody's on form for once, even Lee's playing well.
