we cannot thank you enough for the photos, hh, it´s a great service to all Spurs fans around the world.
by the way, do you know what went on between Berba and Given? I mean, he's not the kind of guy who plays the monkey...
Cheers!

how on earth can you put a pic of bmj laughing?
totally papering over the cracks.
whats there to be happy about?
time for big changes - 24 chances, 2 goals - not good enough.
lets face it, we really should be beating these midtable teams - this result was an embarrasment.
fair play to the bar codes, they took their chances.
if we had some of their spirit and teamwork, maybe we would go places.
a prediction - another trophyless season and midtable mediocrity.
well pissed off.

Squad's not as good as some seem to think. We need all first teamers on the field, a quality left winger, a quality left back and a quality central midfielder if we're going to finish off teams like this. Lots of running, lots of effort and not enough cutting edge. All mouth and no trousers. Am I the only one to notice the shocking frequency with which we let in goals? Far more talent than bite. Not a good balance. We look like an upper mid table side if that. Why can't we finish off chances? We're sliding back to being nearly men again. Lost a lead twice at home to an injury ravaged team with kids. Fuck!

To Toon fans everywhere, can I introduce you to lower case letters, paragraphs and the spellcheck button on your pcs.

I am gutted, i personally think the Newcastle team today is the worst prem team i have seen at the lane this season and we have lost to them, there whole team is awful apart from Martins and Dyer (players that are not even championship worthy) and are back 5 was so bollocks weve lost to them, im embarrased to say im a spurs fan today.
Davenport and Pyo are utter crap.

Sorry spurs fans for that tossers inane schoolyard text rambling. you created more but out keeper and defence were in inspired form and noone could doubt martins goal was world class. see you next year for another 2 great games.

sorry, i said Dyer and Martins but Given is the best goalie in the league as well!!

I think the main area our team is lacking is in the centre of the park. Hudds is quality, but young, and not as deffensively minded and tenacious as we need him to be. Teemu tries hard, but for me just isnt top draw, Zakora is hit and miss, and still unproven at prem level. Jenas is prob our best central midfielder, but i dont think even he is top quality. We need a Gerrard type all action superhero, easier said than done i know,, but surely this is where we should focus our main priorities on. I would go for Beckham for 6 months, and see if he gets us into a better position to attract top names. I would also try and sign Heinze at left back, and Distin as cover for centre back. Maybee ashley young, but i hope not for £8. He is a good player in a bad team, besides, Malbranque is making that position his own at the moment. Anyway, enough for now, Any thoughts?

so only Given Martins and Dyer are any good in that team then according to one of these anonymous comments.... Solano was superb against you, Steven Taylor is an excellent prospect, Nicky Butt was tireless against you, and the rest are all youngsters learning their trade. And putting in good performances might I add.

I thought LYP played ok. He didn't lose much and was up for every tackle.

Win some lose some. We had the chances. Some great saves, unstoppable goal and some bad luck.

The future's bright.

yeah, dyer, given, martins are the only good toon players, maybe Taylor is a good prospect but did not play well today. At one stage the possesion was 98% spurs to 2% newcastle over a 5min period, shocking, we had 20 something chances and just couldnt score, we completley dominated the game, Roeder is living in a different land saying the Toon deserved to win!! poor, poor defensive performance from Spurs today.

Lee YP is playing with no natural left winger in front of him. On top of that he has no left foot. Give him a break.

Malbranque is not a left winger. We won't get the best out of him there.

What is Simon Jordan doing at Spurs???

Anonymous said...

He should be in a barbers

Anonymous said...

you forget to mention Solano, he played well against you, he was better than Martins IMO, he didnt do anything until he scored!and Butt played well

Season 06/07

Newcastle 6- Small team in London 3

And you call us a bad team? Three points behind you, a full squad out injured, and scored 6 past embarrassment Robinson in a month.

Whats the point of these photos, We lost!!!!!

We were rubbish are the back, Davenport has imporved but is still not not up to this level of football.

Tainio is a waste of space, and was our weak link. Time to buy a much better central midfielder, and while we are at it a left winger.

If not, we will continue to not be good enough for the top six!!!

oh dannyboy, you see, I was right: there is no Santa. glad to have you back on reality train.I'm still a step ahead however: now I'm sure Jol is the problem, not the solution.in a month it will be too late to change anything.

Shut up. The pictures are always welcome.

can you pikey toons go and post in your own blog please or dont you have them in your country (and I say country because you don't speak English)
Your team are crap and you were lucky today, I accept defeat, but we played well and should win our next game. As for you lot, go back to st. James's park, where its about £2.50 per match, and actually fill the stadium because I heard that you couldn't sell out.

thanks, and say hi to the bus driver from me x

If you like losing!!!!

Great game, lads - well, we enjoyed it. Magician Shay Given was the main difference between the 2 sides today, and you got rattled each time we scored. And don't forget, Defoe's was offside. If its between Henry and Martins for MOTD goal-of-the-month, hope you'll vote for Oba! Yeeehawww!
